Блогеру Литвину дали 13 суток ареста за драку на матче футбольной медиалиги.

Думаю, дело в неправильной тактике защиты.

Литвину надо было сказать, что он увидел перед собой Корнея Тарасова — и автоматически нанес удар. И только потом выяснилось, что это просто похожий на Корнея и очень уважаемый человек...

После обратиться к суду с ходатайством о приобщении к делу вот этих фотографий.

Судья: ОПРАВДАТЬ!
