𝗨𝗿𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝗗𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗶𝗰 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆

𝗧𝗼 𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗦𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀

It has come to my attention that some students have engaged in unethical behavior during recent examinations.

Specifically, instances have been reported where students have:
1.Brought mobile phones into the examination hall.
2.Utilized these devices to access external information, including through unauthorized communication channels such as Telegram groups.
3.Participated in activities that compromised the integrity of the examination process, such as seeking external assistance (Using Chatgpt), and sharing answers on the telegram group.
These actions constitute a serious breach of academic integrity and are strictly prohibited by university regulations.

Given the severity of these incidents, this directive is being issued with immediate effect. It will be strictly enforced, including for any students previously found in violation of these rules during this year's examination period.

The consequences of academic misconduct include:
1.Immediate Disqualification: Any student found to have electronic devices during an examination will be immediately disqualified from that examination.
2.Grade Forfeiture: All grades for the exam will be forfeited, resulting in a failing grade for the course.
3.Two-Year Barring: Students found to have engaged in such activities will be barred from all examinations and the program for two academic years.
4.Disciplinary Action: Further disciplinary action, including but not limited to further suspension or expulsion, may be taken in accordance with university regulations.
Academic integrity is paramount at AASTU. We expect all students to adhere to the highest ethical standards and to uphold the integrity of the academic process.

በአትሌቲክስ ዘርፍ የተመዘገባችሁ እንዲሁም ምዝገባው አምልጧችሁ መወዳደር የምትፈልጉ ቅዳሜ ጠዋት 2:00 ሰዓት ሕንጻ 54 እንድትገኙ ።

በዕለቱ የተሳታፊዎች ምልመላ ይደረጋል ።

ከላይ ስማችሁ የተጠቀሰ ተማሪዎች በዩኒቨርሲቲያችን ከጥር 17 እስከ 27 የሚካሔደውን የኢትዮጵያ ዩኒቨርሲቲ ተማሪዎች ስፖርት ፌስቲቫል ለማስተባበር የተመዘገባችሁ በጎ ፈቃደኛ ተማሪዎች ቅዳሜ ጠዋት 3፡00 ሰዓት በቀይ ምንጣፍ የመሰብሰቢያ አዳራሽ ኦረንቴሽን ስለሚሰጥ በሰዓቱ እንድትገኙ እናሳስባለን ።

Urgent notice ❗

Dear students of all batches. This is to inform you that you all are expected to complete the SSS_Courses (SSS_1 tO SSS_7) before the second semester registration. We have the lists of each students who are completed all the courses, completed one or more coures, and totally not enrolled. So that I urge all students not enrolled and those completed one or more courses to complete all the coures till the coming Friday (January 24, 2025). If not, your lists will be sent to the registrar for not to register for the second semester.
