❇️یک هواپیمای بوئینگ 737 شرکت هواپیمایی NG Boliviana de Aviacion (CP-2923، ساخت 2002) با موتورهای CFM56-7B20 هنگام آماده شدن برای تیک آف از فرودگاه کوچابامبا (CBB) به مقصد Viru Viru، سانتا کروز،بولیوی دچار آتش سوزی در یکی از موتورهای خود شد.

این حادثه لحظاتی قبل از برخاستن هواپیما در حین انجام پرواز OB 648 با ۱۴۴ مسافر رخ داد و باعث ایجاد وحشت در بین مسافران شد که بلافاصله با استفاده از سرسره های نجات اضطراری تخلیه شدند.

به گفته شرکت ناوبری هوایی و فرودگاه های بولیوی (NAABOL)، آنچه در کوچابامبا اتفاق افتاد یک "رویداد ایمنی عملیاتی" در نظر گرفته شد که باند 14/32 فرودگاه را مسدود کرد.
