Vazifalarni to‘g‘ri taqsimlash va nazorat qilish ish samaradorligini oshirishning muhim omillaridan biridir. Quyidagi jihatlar bunga yordam beradi:
1. Vazifalarni ustuvorlashtirish:
• Vazifalarni muhimlik darajasi va bajarish muddati bo‘yicha ustuvorliklarga ajrating.
• Muhim va tez bajarilishi kerak bo‘lgan ishlarga birinchi o‘rinda e’tibor qarating.
2. Aniq vazifalar belgilash:
• Har bir xodim yoki ishtirokchiga ularning qobiliyatlari va malakasiga mos vazifalarni belgilang.
• Vazifalarni tushunarli va o‘lchab bo‘ladigan qilib tayinlang.
3. Ish yukini muvozanatlash:
• Xodimlar yoki jamoa a’zolari ortiqcha yuklama bilan ishlashdan qoching.
• Har bir kishi o‘ziga yuklangan vazifani belgilangan muddatda va sifatli bajarishi uchun sharoit yarating.
4. Doimiy monitoring va tahlil:
• Vazifalarning bajarilish jarayonini muntazam ravishda tekshirib boring.
• Kamchiliklarni vaqtida aniqlab, tuzatish kiritib boring.
5. Jamoaviy muvofiqlik:
• Jamoa a’zolarining bir-biriga yordam berishini ta’minlash.
• Hamkorlik va muloqotni rag‘batlantiring.
6. Vaqtni boshqarish:
• Har bir ish uchun aniq muddat belgilang va bu muddatga rioya qilinishini ta’minlang.

Ish jarayonida ushbu yondashuvlarni qo‘llash samaradorlikni oshirish bilan birga ish sifatini ham yuqori darajaga olib chiqadi.
