Вакансия: MARKETING SPECIALIST (GROWTH)

You will be executing the marketing strategy and tactic yourself—from running campaigns to analyzing data and optimizing user acquisition. You will work closely with the Content Lead (content team) and the Founder to ensure that marketing efforts are well-aligned with Miranna’s brand voice and messaging. If you’re someone who enjoys taking action, testing ideas, and making an impact, this role is for you.

What you’ll do:

🔸User acquisition: develop and implement organic (mainly) and paid strategies to attract new users who are women seeking coaching, self-development and wellbeing frameworks/protocols.
🔸Influencer & partnerships: collaborate with micro-influencers, women’s communities and relevant media outlets to increase app downloads.
🔸ASO: сollaborate with the team to optimize Miirana's app listings to maximize search visibility and conversion rates on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
🔸Data/performance analysis: track acquisition metrics (cost per user, retention rates, conversion rates), analyze campaign results, and adjust strategies based on real-time data.
🔸Paid ads: launch and optimize small-budget ads on Facebook, Instagram, and Google.
🔸SMM & Email: work with the content team to develop and execute marketing initiatives across Instagram, LinkedIn, email newsletters, and other relevant channels.
🔸SEO: Work alongside the content team and SEO specialist to improve discoverability through SEO-friendly content and strategic partnerships.
🔸User Engagement: Develop strategies to keep users active in the app, drive repeat usage, and improve retention (e.g., referral programs, in-app challenges).
🔸Use spreadsheets to track, analyze, and visualize key marketing KPIs (user acquisition costs, lifetime value, conversion rates, etc.)
🔸You are really good at Google Analytics, Amplitude, AppsFlyer, Hotjar, Sensor Tower, App Store Connect, Keyword Tool

🔹You’re a self-starter – You don’t wait for instructions; you take initiative and figure things out.
🔹You thrive in early-stage startups – You understand the fast-changing nature and chaos (sometimes) of startups and enjoy wearing multiple hats.
🔹You understand B2C growth marketing – You’ve worked on mobile apps (a must), marketplaces, or consumer products, and you know how to attract and retain users.
🔹You’re great at digital marketing – You have experience in social media, influencer partnerships, email marketing, and/or paid ads.
🔹You’re data-driven – You track and measure everything, using data and spreadsheets to guide marketing decisions.
🔹You can present facts and projections in figures – You know how to analyze trends, track growth, and report insights using spreadsheets, graphs, and financial models.
🔹You’re strong in performance tracking – You know how to measure retention, churn, and user acquisition costs and optimize them.
