Job Description:
We at Wind Cafe are looking for an Accountant to join our finance team, who will be responsible for managing daily accounting operations, preparing financial reports, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with financial and accounting regulations. The accountant will be an essential element in making accurate financial decisions and analyzing the financial performance of the cafe.

Job Duties:
✅ Supervising daily accounting operations and preparing periodic financial reports.
✅ Preparing and analyzing budgets and controlling cash flows to ensure strong financial sustainability.
✅ Accurately managing and processing employee salaries, ensuring compliance with labor and tax regulations.
✅ Supervising the issuance of invoices and credit notes, and reviewing the financial accounts of customers and suppliers.
✅ Recording and auditing purchase invoices and direct costs such as customs duties and additional costs, with calculating the total cost of products.
✅ Review and process invoices, receivables, financial claims, and operating expenses.
✅ Reconcile bank, cash, and petty cash accounts, and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
✅ Prepare accurate financial reports to support decision making and analyze financial performance.
✅ Ensure compliance with accounting and financial standards, and suggest improvements to internal financial policies.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or any related field (Master's degree or professional certifications such as CPA or CMA are preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage sector.

* Advanced knowledge of international accounting standards and local financial regulations.
* Proficiency in financial accounting programs and Excel to analyze financial data.
* Accuracy and attention to detail to ensure accuracy of financial records and operations.
* Ability to work within a team and collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth cash flow.
* Strong experience in managing invoices, budgets, and analyzing financial performance.
* Analytical and strategic skills to support financial planning and informed decision making.
