💥 حكم قذف عائشة رضي الله عنها

ﺇﻥ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻭﻏﻴﺮﻫﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻣﻬﺎﺕ اﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ ﺩاﺧﻼﺕ ﻓﻲ ﻋﻤﻮﻡ ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺏ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﻜﻞ ﻧﺺ ﻧﻬﻰ ﻋﻦ ﺳﺐ الصحابة ﻓﻌﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺩاﺧﻠﺔ ﻓﻴﻪ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺫﻟﻚ:

🔵 ما جاء من حديث ﺃﺑﻲ ﺳﻌﻴﺪ اﻟﺨﺪﺭﻱ ﺭﺿﻲ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻗﺎﻝ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ:
" ﻻ ﺗﺴﺒﻮا ﺃﺻﺤﺎﺑﻲ ﻓﻠﻮ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺣﺪﻛﻢ ﺃﻧﻔﻖ ﻣﺜﻞ ﺃﺣﺪ ﺫﻫﺒﺎ ﻣﺎ ﺑﻠﻎ ﻣﺪ ﺃﺣﺪﻫﻢ ﻭﻻ ﻧﺼﻴﻔﻪ"
📚 ﺭﻭاﻩ اﻟﺒﺨﺎﺭﻱ.

🔴 ﺛﻢ ﺇﻥ ﻋﻠﻤﺎء اﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻞ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺃﺟﻤﻌﻮا ﻗﺎﻃﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻃﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻛﺎﻓﺮ ﻣﻜﺬﺏ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺫﻛﺮﻩ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺑﺮاءﺗﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺳﻮﺭﺓ اﻟﻨﻮﺭ.

✒️ ﻭقال ﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﺑﻦ ﺃﻧﺲ رحمه الله-
"ﻣﻦ ﺳﺐ ﺃﺑﺎ ﺑﻜﺮ ﻭﻋﻤﺮ ﺟﻠﺪ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺳﺐ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻗﺘﻞ، ﻗﻴﻞ ﻟﻪ: ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﺘﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ: ﻷﻥ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺭﺿﻲ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ: (ﻳﻌﻈﻜﻢ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﻮﺩﻭا ﻟﻤﺜﻠﻪ ﺃﺑﺪا ﺇﻥ ﻛﻨﺘﻢ ﻣﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ) .

✒️ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ -
" ﻓﻤﻦ ﺭﻣﺎﻫﺎ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺧﺎﻟﻒ اﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺧﺎﻟﻒ اﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻗﺘﻞ".

✒️ وﻗﺎﻝ اﺑﻦ ﺣﺰﻡ:
"ﻗﻮﻝ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺭﺩﺓ ﺗﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺗﻜﺬﻳﺐ ﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﺑﺒﺮاءﺗﻬﺎ".

✒️ وﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺑﻜﺮ اﺑﻦ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ:
(ﻷﻥ ﺃﻫﻞ اﻹﻓﻚ ﺭﻣﻮا ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ اﻟﻤﻄﻬﺮﺓ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﺎﺣﺸﺔ ﻓﺒﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺳﺒﻬﺎ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻣﻜﺬﺏ ﻟﻠﻪ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﺬﺏ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻛﺎﻓﺮ ﻓﻬﺬا ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ ﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﻷﻫﻞ اﻟﺒﺼﺎﺋﺮ) .

✒️ ﻗﺎﻝ اﻟﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﺃﺑﻮ ﻳﻌﻠﻰ:
《ﻣﻦ ﻗﺬﻑ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻛﻔﺮ ﺑﻼ ﺧﻼﻑ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺣﻜﻰ اﻹﺟﻤﺎﻉ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬا ﻏﻴﺮ ﻭاﺣﺪ ﻭﺻﺮﺡ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻭاﺣﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻷﺋﻤﺔ ﺑﻬﺬا اﻟﺤﻜﻢ" .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﺑﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻣﻮﺳﻰ:
ﻭﻣﻦ ﺭﻣﻰ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺭﺿﻲ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻣﺮﻕ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﻨﻌﻘﺪ ﻟﻪ ﻧﻜﺎﺡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺔ) .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﺑﻦ ﻗﺪاﻣﺔ:
(ﻭﻣﻦ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ اﻟﺘﺮﺿﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺃﺯﻭاﺝ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺃﻣﻬﺎﺕ اﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﻄﻬﺮاﺕ اﻟﻤﺒﺮﺁﺕ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺳﻮء، ﺃﻓﻀﻠﻬﻦ ﺧﺪﻳﺠﺔ ﺑﻨﺖ ﺧﻮﻳﻠﺪ ﻭﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ اﻟﺼﺪﻳﻘﺔ ﺑﻨﺖ اﻟﺼﺪﻳﻖ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻪ ﺯﻭﺝ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭاﻵﺧﺮﺓ ﻓﻤﻦ ﻗﺬﻓﻬﺎ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻛﻔﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ اﻟﻌﻈﻴﻢ) .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﻹﻣﺎﻡ اﻟﻨﻮﻭﻱ ﺭﺣﻤﻪ اﻟﻠﻪ:
(ﺑﺮاءﺓ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺭﺿﻲ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻹﻓﻚ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺑﺮاءﺓ ﻗﻄﻌﻴﺔ ﺑﻨﺺ اﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ اﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ ﻓﻠﻮ ﺗﺸﻜﻚ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺇﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻭاﻟﻌﻴﺎﺫ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﺎﺭ ﻛﺎﻓﺮا ﻣﺮﺗﺪا ﺑﺈﺟﻤﺎﻉ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ) .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﺑﻦ اﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﺭﺣﻤﻪ اﻟﻠﻪ:
(ﻭاﺗﻔﻘﺖ اﻷﻣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻔﺮ ﻗﺎﺫﻓﻬﺎ) .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﻟﺤﺎﻓﻆ اﺑﻦ ﻛﺜﻴﺮ
📚 ﻓﻲ ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮﻩ
《ﺃﺟﻤﻊ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﺭﺣﻤﻬﻢ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻗﺎﻃﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺳﺒﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻫﺬا ﻭﺭﻣﺎﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺬﻱ ﺫﻛﺮ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻵﻳﺔ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻛﺎﻓﺮ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﺪ ﻟﻠﻘﺮﺁﻥ》 .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺑﺪﺭ اﻟﺪﻳﻦ اﻟﺰﺭﻛﺸﻲ:
《ﻣﻦ ﻗﺬﻓﻬﺎ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻛﻔﺮ ﻟﺘﺼﺮﻳﺢ اﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ اﻟﻜﺮﻳﻢ ﺑﺒﺮاءﺗﻬﺎ》.

ﻭﻗﺪ ﺑﻨﻰ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﻛﻼﻣﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺬﻑ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪﺩ ﻣﻦ اﻷﺩﻟﺔ ﻭﻣﻨﻬﺎ:

1- اﻻﺳﺘﺪﻻﻝ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺟﺎء ﻓﻲ ﺳﻮﺭﺓ اﻟﻨﻮﺭ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺼﺮﻳﺢ ﺑﺒﺮاءﺗﻬﺎ ﻓﻤﻦ اﺗﻬﻤﻬﺎ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺑﻌﺪﻣﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﺈﻧﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻜﺬﺏ ﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ ﻭﺗﻜﺬﻳﺐ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻛﻔﺮ ﻻ ﺷﻚ ﻓﻴﻪ.

2- ﺃﻥ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻄﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺑﻴﺖ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺇﻳﺬاء ﻟﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻭﻻ ﺷﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺇﻳﺬاءﻩ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻛﻔﺮ ﺇﺟﻤﺎﻋﺎ ﻭﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﺪﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺄﺫﻱ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺑﻘﺬﻑ ﺯﻭﺟﻪ
📚 ﻣﺎ ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ اﻟﺸﻴﺨﺎﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﻴﻬﻤﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ اﻹﻓﻚ.

🔵 ﻋﻦ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ رضي الله عنها ﻗﺎﻟﺖ: ".. ﻓﻘﺎﻡ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻮﻣﻪ ﻓﺎﺳﺘﻌﺬﺭ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﺒﺮ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﻳﺎ ﻣﻌﺸﺮ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻌﺬﺭﻧﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺟﻞ ﻗﺪ ﺑﻠﻐﻨﻲ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺃﺫاﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻫﻠﻲ ﻭاﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻤﺖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻠﻲ ﺇﻻ ﺧﻴﺮا …" اﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ.

🔵 ﻓﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ:
"ﻣﻦ ﻳﻌﺬﺭﻧﻲ" ﺃﻱ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻨﺼﻔﻨﻲ ﻭﻳﻘﻴﻢ ﻋﺬﺭﻱ ﺇﺫا اﻧﺘﺼﻔﺖ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺑﻠﻐﻨﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺫاﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺑﻴﺘﻲ. ﻓﺜﺒﺖ ﺃﻥ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺗﺄﺫﻯ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﺄﺫﻳﺎ اﺳﺘﻌﺬﺭ ﻣﻨﻪ.

✒️ ﻗﺎﻝ اﻹﻣﺎﻡ اﻟﻘﺮﻃﺒﻲ
📚 ﻋﻨﺪ ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮﻩ.
🔵 ﻟﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ:
{ﻳﻌﻈﻜﻢ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﻮﺩﻭا ﻟﻤﺜﻠﻪ ﺃﺑﺪا}:
ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ.. ﻟﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺫﻳﺔ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺮﺿﻪ ﻭﺃﻫﻠﻪ، ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻛﻔﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻓﺎﻋﻠﻪ" .

3- ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ اﻟﻄﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻳﺴﺘﻠﺰﻡ اﻟﻄﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺮﺳﻮﻝ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻷﻥ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﻗﺎﻝ: (اﻟﺨﺒﻴﺜﺎﺕ ﻟﻠﺨﺒﻴﺜﻴﻦ) .

✒️ ﻗﺎﻝ اﻟﺤﺎﻓﻆ اﺑﻦ ﻛﺜﻴﺮ ﺭﺣﻤﻪ اﻟﻠﻪ:
《ﺃﻱ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻴﺠﻌﻞ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺯﻭﺟﺔ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺇﻻ ﻭﻫﻲ ﻃﻴﺒﺔ، ﻷﻧﻪ ﺃﻃﻴﺐ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻃﻴﺐ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﺸﺮ ﻭﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺧﺒﻴﺜﺔ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺻﻠﺤﺖ ﻟﻪ ﺷﺮﻋﺎ ﻭﻻ ﻗﺪﺭا.

ﺛﻢ ﻟﻴﻌﻠﻢ ﺧﺘﺎﻣﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺣﺐ اﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ اﻟﺼﺪﻳﻘﺔ ﺑﻨﺖ اﻟﺼﺪﻳﻖ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺻﺢ ﻋﻦ ﻋﻤﺮﻭ ﺑﻦ اﻟﻌﺎﺹ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺑﻌﺜﻨﻲ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻴﺶ ﺫاﺕ اﻟﺴﻼﺳﻞ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻓﺄﺗﻴﺘﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻗﻠﺖ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﻱ اﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺃﺣﺐ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻗﻠﺖ ﻓﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺑﻮﻫﺎ ﺇﺫا ﻗﺎﻝ ﻗﻠﺖ ﺛﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻋﻤﺮ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻓﻌﺪ ﺭﺟﺎﻻ》.

🔴 ﻓﻤﻦ ﺃﺑﻐﺾ ﺣﺒﻴﺒﺔ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﻬﻮ ﺣﺮﻱ ﺃﻥ ﻳﻜﻮﻥ ﺑﻐﻴﻀﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻳﻮﻡ اﻟﻘﻴﺎﻣﺔ ﻭاﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﻋﻠﻢ .

🔴 ﺛﻢ ﺇﻥ ﻋﻠﻤﺎء اﻹﺳﻼﻡ ﻣﻦ ﺃﻫﻞ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ ﺃﺟﻤﻌﻮا ﻗﺎﻃﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻦ ﻃﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻛﺎﻓﺮ ﻣﻜﺬﺏ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺫﻛﺮﻩ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻦ ﺑﺮاءﺗﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺳﻮﺭﺓ اﻟﻨﻮﺭ.

✒️ ﻭقال ﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﺑﻦ ﺃﻧﺲ رحمه الله-
"ﻣﻦ ﺳﺐ ﺃﺑﺎ ﺑﻜﺮ ﻭﻋﻤﺮ ﺟﻠﺪ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺳﺐ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻗﺘﻞ، ﻗﻴﻞ ﻟﻪ: ﻟﻢ ﻳﻘﺘﻞ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ؟ ﻗﺎﻝ: ﻷﻥ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻳﻘﻮﻝ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺭﺿﻲ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ: (ﻳﻌﻈﻜﻢ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﻮﺩﻭا ﻟﻤﺜﻠﻪ ﺃﺑﺪا ﺇﻥ ﻛﻨﺘﻢ ﻣﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ) .

✒️ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ -
" ﻓﻤﻦ ﺭﻣﺎﻫﺎ ﻓﻘﺪ ﺧﺎﻟﻒ اﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻭﻣﻦ ﺧﺎﻟﻒ اﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ ﻗﺘﻞ".

✒️ وﻗﺎﻝ اﺑﻦ ﺣﺰﻡ:
"ﻗﻮﻝ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﺻﺤﻴﺢ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺭﺩﺓ ﺗﺎﻣﺔ ﻭﺗﻜﺬﻳﺐ ﻟﻠﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ ﻓﻲ ﻗﻄﻌﻪ ﺑﺒﺮاءﺗﻬﺎ".

✒️ وﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺑﻮ ﺑﻜﺮ اﺑﻦ اﻟﻌﺮﺑﻲ:
(ﻷﻥ ﺃﻫﻞ اﻹﻓﻚ ﺭﻣﻮا ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ اﻟﻤﻄﻬﺮﺓ ﺑﺎﻟﻔﺎﺣﺸﺔ ﻓﺒﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻜﻞ ﻣﻦ ﺳﺒﻬﺎ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻣﻜﺬﺏ ﻟﻠﻪ ﻭﻣﻦ ﻛﺬﺏ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻬﻮ ﻛﺎﻓﺮ ﻓﻬﺬا ﻃﺮﻳﻖ ﻣﺎﻟﻚ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺳﺒﻴﻞ ﻻﺋﺤﺔ ﻷﻫﻞ اﻟﺒﺼﺎﺋﺮ) .

✒️ ﻗﺎﻝ اﻟﻘﺎﺿﻲ ﺃﺑﻮ ﻳﻌﻠﻰ:
《ﻣﻦ ﻗﺬﻑ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻛﻔﺮ ﺑﻼ ﺧﻼﻑ ﻭﻗﺪ ﺣﻜﻰ اﻹﺟﻤﺎﻉ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻫﺬا ﻏﻴﺮ ﻭاﺣﺪ ﻭﺻﺮﺡ ﻏﻴﺮ ﻭاﺣﺪ ﻣﻦ اﻷﺋﻤﺔ ﺑﻬﺬا اﻟﺤﻜﻢ" .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﺑﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻣﻮﺳﻰ:
ﻭﻣﻦ ﺭﻣﻰ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺭﺿﻲ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻣﺮﻕ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺪﻳﻦ ﻭﻟﻢ ﻳﻨﻌﻘﺪ ﻟﻪ ﻧﻜﺎﺡ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺴﻠﻤﺔ) .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﺑﻦ ﻗﺪاﻣﺔ:
(ﻭﻣﻦ اﻟﺴﻨﺔ اﻟﺘﺮﺿﻲ ﻋﻦ ﺃﺯﻭاﺝ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺃﻣﻬﺎﺕ اﻟﻤﺆﻣﻨﻴﻦ اﻟﻤﻄﻬﺮاﺕ اﻟﻤﺒﺮﺁﺕ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﺳﻮء، ﺃﻓﻀﻠﻬﻦ ﺧﺪﻳﺠﺔ ﺑﻨﺖ ﺧﻮﻳﻠﺪ ﻭﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ اﻟﺼﺪﻳﻘﺔ ﺑﻨﺖ اﻟﺼﺪﻳﻖ اﻟﺘﻲ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﻲ ﻛﺘﺎﺑﻪ ﺯﻭﺝ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺪﻧﻴﺎ ﻭاﻵﺧﺮﺓ ﻓﻤﻦ ﻗﺬﻓﻬﺎ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻛﻔﺮ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ اﻟﻌﻈﻴﻢ) .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﻹﻣﺎﻡ اﻟﻨﻮﻭﻱ ﺭﺣﻤﻪ اﻟﻠﻪ:
(ﺑﺮاءﺓ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺭﺿﻲ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻨﻬﺎ ﻣﻦ اﻹﻓﻚ ﻭﻫﻲ ﺑﺮاءﺓ ﻗﻄﻌﻴﺔ ﺑﻨﺺ اﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ اﻟﻌﺰﻳﺰ ﻓﻠﻮ ﺗﺸﻜﻚ ﻓﻴﻬﺎ ﺇﻧﺴﺎﻥ ﻭاﻟﻌﻴﺎﺫ ﺑﺎﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﺎﺭ ﻛﺎﻓﺮا ﻣﺮﺗﺪا ﺑﺈﺟﻤﺎﻉ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ) .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﺑﻦ اﻟﻘﻴﻢ ﺭﺣﻤﻪ اﻟﻠﻪ:
(ﻭاﺗﻔﻘﺖ اﻷﻣﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻛﻔﺮ ﻗﺎﺫﻓﻬﺎ) .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ اﻟﺤﺎﻓﻆ اﺑﻦ ﻛﺜﻴﺮ
📚 ﻓﻲ ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮﻩ
《ﺃﺟﻤﻊ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﺭﺣﻤﻬﻢ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻗﺎﻃﺒﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻥ ﻣﻦ ﺳﺒﻬﺎ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻫﺬا ﻭﺭﻣﺎﻫﺎ ﺑﻪ ﺑﻌﺪ ﻫﺬا اﻟﺬﻱ ﺫﻛﺮ ﻓﻲ ﻫﺬﻩ اﻵﻳﺔ ﻓﺈﻧﻪ ﻛﺎﻓﺮ ﻷﻧﻪ ﻣﻌﺎﻧﺪ ﻟﻠﻘﺮﺁﻥ》 .

✒️ ﻭﻗﺎﻝ ﺑﺪﺭ اﻟﺪﻳﻦ اﻟﺰﺭﻛﺸﻲ:
《ﻣﻦ ﻗﺬﻓﻬﺎ ﻓﻘﺪ ﻛﻔﺮ ﻟﺘﺼﺮﻳﺢ اﻟﻘﺮﺁﻥ اﻟﻜﺮﻳﻢ ﺑﺒﺮاءﺗﻬﺎ》.

ﻭﻗﺪ ﺑﻨﻰ اﻟﻌﻠﻤﺎء ﻛﻼﻣﻬﻢ ﻓﻲ ﺣﻜﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺬﻑ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﺪﺩ ﻣﻦ اﻷﺩﻟﺔ ﻭﻣﻨﻬﺎ:

1- اﻻﺳﺘﺪﻻﻝ ﺑﻤﺎ ﺟﺎء ﻓﻲ ﺳﻮﺭﺓ اﻟﻨﻮﺭ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺘﺼﺮﻳﺢ ﺑﺒﺮاءﺗﻬﺎ ﻓﻤﻦ اﺗﻬﻤﻬﺎ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺑﻌﺪﻣﺎ ﺑﺮﺃﻫﺎ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻓﺈﻧﻤﺎ ﻫﻮ ﻣﻜﺬﺏ ﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﺰ ﻭﺟﻞ ﻭﺗﻜﺬﻳﺐ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻛﻔﺮ ﻻ ﺷﻚ ﻓﻴﻪ.

2- ﺃﻥ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻄﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺑﻴﺖ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺇﻳﺬاء ﻟﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻭﻻ ﺷﻚ ﺃﻥ ﺇﻳﺬاءﻩ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻛﻔﺮ ﺇﺟﻤﺎﻋﺎ ﻭﻣﻤﺎ ﻳﺪﻝ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺗﺄﺫﻱ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺑﻘﺬﻑ ﺯﻭﺟﻪ
📚 ﻣﺎ ﺃﺧﺮﺟﻪ اﻟﺸﻴﺨﺎﻥ ﻓﻲ ﺻﺤﻴﺤﻴﻬﻤﺎ ﻣﻦ ﺣﺪﻳﺚ اﻹﻓﻚ.

🔵 ﻋﻦ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ رضي الله عنها ﻗﺎﻟﺖ: ".. ﻓﻘﺎﻡ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻮﻣﻪ ﻓﺎﺳﺘﻌﺬﺭ ﻣﻦ ﻋﺒﺪ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺑﻦ ﺃﺑﻲ ﻭﻫﻮ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻟﻤﻨﺒﺮ ﻓﻘﺎﻝ ﻳﺎ ﻣﻌﺸﺮ اﻟﻤﺴﻠﻤﻴﻦ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻌﺬﺭﻧﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺭﺟﻞ ﻗﺪ ﺑﻠﻐﻨﻲ ﻋﻨﻪ ﺃﺫاﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻫﻠﻲ ﻭاﻟﻠﻪ ﻣﺎ ﻋﻠﻤﺖ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺃﻫﻠﻲ ﺇﻻ ﺧﻴﺮا …" اﻟﺤﺪﻳﺚ.

🔵 ﻓﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ:
"ﻣﻦ ﻳﻌﺬﺭﻧﻲ" ﺃﻱ ﻣﻦ ﻳﻨﺼﻔﻨﻲ ﻭﻳﻘﻴﻢ ﻋﺬﺭﻱ ﺇﺫا اﻧﺘﺼﻔﺖ ﻣﻨﻪ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺑﻠﻐﻨﻲ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺫاﻩ ﻓﻲ ﺃﻫﻞ ﺑﻴﺘﻲ. ﻓﺜﺒﺖ ﺃﻥ اﻟﻨﺒﻲ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺗﺄﺫﻯ ﺑﺬﻟﻚ ﺗﺄﺫﻳﺎ اﺳﺘﻌﺬﺭ ﻣﻨﻪ.

✒️ ﻗﺎﻝ اﻹﻣﺎﻡ اﻟﻘﺮﻃﺒﻲ
📚 ﻋﻨﺪ ﺗﻔﺴﻴﺮﻩ.
🔵 ﻟﻘﻮﻟﻪ ﺗﻌﺎﻟﻰ:
{ﻳﻌﻈﻜﻢ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﻥ ﺗﻌﻮﺩﻭا ﻟﻤﺜﻠﻪ ﺃﺑﺪا}:
ﻳﻌﻨﻲ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ.. ﻟﻤﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺫﻟﻚ ﻣﻦ ﺃﺫﻳﺔ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺮﺿﻪ ﻭﺃﻫﻠﻪ، ﻭﺫﻟﻚ ﻛﻔﺮ ﻣﻦ ﻓﺎﻋﻠﻪ" .

3- ﻛﻤﺎ ﺃﻥ اﻟﻄﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻳﺴﺘﻠﺰﻡ اﻟﻄﻌﻦ ﻓﻲ اﻟﺮﺳﻮﻝ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻷﻥ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺳﺒﺤﺎﻧﻪ ﻗﺪ ﻗﺎﻝ: (اﻟﺨﺒﻴﺜﺎﺕ ﻟﻠﺨﺒﻴﺜﻴﻦ) .

✒️ ﻗﺎﻝ اﻟﺤﺎﻓﻆ اﺑﻦ ﻛﺜﻴﺮ ﺭﺣﻤﻪ اﻟﻠﻪ:
《ﺃﻱ ﻣﺎ ﻛﺎﻥ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻟﻴﺠﻌﻞ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﺯﻭﺟﺔ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﺇﻻ ﻭﻫﻲ ﻃﻴﺒﺔ، ﻷﻧﻪ ﺃﻃﻴﺐ ﻣﻦ ﻛﻞ ﻃﻴﺐ ﻣﻦ اﻟﺒﺸﺮ ﻭﻟﻮ ﻛﺎﻧﺖ ﺧﺒﻴﺜﺔ ﻟﻤﺎ ﺻﻠﺤﺖ ﻟﻪ ﺷﺮﻋﺎ ﻭﻻ ﻗﺪﺭا.

ﺛﻢ ﻟﻴﻌﻠﻢ ﺧﺘﺎﻣﺎ ﺃﻥ ﺃﺣﺐ اﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺇﻟﻴﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ اﻟﺼﺪﻳﻘﺔ ﺑﻨﺖ اﻟﺼﺪﻳﻖ ﻛﻤﺎ ﺻﺢ ﻋﻦ ﻋﻤﺮﻭ ﺑﻦ اﻟﻌﺎﺹ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺑﻌﺜﻨﻲ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺻﻠﻰ اﻟﻠﻪ ﻋﻠﻴﻪ ﻭﺳﻠﻢ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺟﻴﺶ ﺫاﺕ اﻟﺴﻼﺳﻞ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻓﺄﺗﻴﺘﻪ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻗﻠﺖ ﻳﺎ ﺭﺳﻮﻝ اﻟﻠﻪ ﺃﻱ اﻟﻨﺎﺱ ﺃﺣﺐ ﺇﻟﻴﻚ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻋﺎﺋﺸﺔ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻗﻠﺖ ﻓﻤﻦ اﻟﺮﺟﺎﻝ ﻗﺎﻝ ﺃﺑﻮﻫﺎ ﺇﺫا ﻗﺎﻝ ﻗﻠﺖ ﺛﻢ ﻣﻦ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻋﻤﺮ ﻗﺎﻝ ﻓﻌﺪ ﺭﺟﺎﻻ》.
