🔸 استذكرنا المحطات التي جمعتنا بهذه الإمارة العزيزة، وبيّنا أن النسيج العشائري خصيصة من خصائص المجتمع العراقي، وتؤدي دورا في اللحمة والترابط الاجتماعي.
🔸أشرنا إلى أن العراق تعرض لهزات كبيرة، لكنه صمد وتجاوزها، والسبب يعود للحمة الاجتماعية والترابط الاجتماعي.
🔸بيّنا أن هذه الزيارات هي للتواصل والتدارس والتباحث في هموم الوطن والمواطنين.
🔸أكدنا أهمية اغتنام الفرصة لمراجعة أوضاع العراق وتحدياته وأولوياته، وقلنا إن الاهتمام بالشأن العام ثقافة إسلامية ووطنية.
🔸العراق عانى من تحديات كبيرة في زمن الدكتاتور وفيما بعده حيث الإرهاب والصراعات، لكنه تجاوز كل تلك التحديات.
🔸أكدنا طبيعة الاستقرار السياسي والأمني والاجتماعي والاقتصادي ودعونا لشكر الله على نعمته وإشاعة الإيجابية والتمسك بما تحقق من منجز.
🔸قلنا إن العراق عليه أن يوازن بين دعم الشعبين الفلسطيني واللبناني سياسا وإعلاميا وإغاثيا، وبين أن لا ينجر لحرب إقليمية بعد أن تعافى العراق من بعد عقود طويلة من الاضطراب والحروب.
In the district of Al-Mishkhab in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate, we met with the sheikhs and dignitaries of Al-Fatla Emirate, hosted by our esteemed brother, Sheikh Walid Al-Falih Al-Faraoun Al-Fatlawi.
🔸 We reflected on the shared history with this respected emirate, emphasizing that Iraq's tribal structure is a vital aspect of its society, contributing significantly to social cohesion and unity.
🔸 We acknowledged that Iraq has faced major challenges over the years but has remained resilient, thanks to its strong social bonds and community solidarity.
🔸 These visits are an opportunity for open dialogue, consultation, and discussion of national concerns and the well-being of the citizens.
🔸 We highlighted the importance of taking this opportunity to review Iraq's current situation, challenges, and priorities, noting that caring for public affairs is both an Islamic duty and a patriotic commitment.
🔸 Iraq has overcome numerous hardships, from dictatorship to terrorism and internal conflicts, emerging stronger each time.
🔸 We stressed the value of the political, security, social, and economic stability Iraq enjoys today, urging gratitude for these achievements, the promotion of positivity, and the safeguarding of what has been accomplished.
🔸 We emphasized that Iraq must strike a balance between supporting the Palestinian and Lebanese peoples—politically, through media, and with humanitarian aid—while remaining cautious not to get drawn into another regional conflict, especially after recovering from decades of turmoil and warfare.

في يومنا الثاني من جولتنا في مدينة أمير المؤمنين (عليه السلام)، التقينا جمعا من النخب والكفاءات الإعلامية في محافظة النجف الأشرف.
▫️شددنا على أهمية أن تحظى الجوانب الإيجابية باهتمام وسائل الإعلام والتركيز على الإيجابيات لا سيما المنجزات التي تحققت، فهناك قصص نجاح ومستوى إنجاز في مساحات عدة في محافظة النجف الأشرف، حيث إن التقارير الرسمية تتحدث عن إنجازات وتطور عمراني وتنموي كبير في محافظة النجف الأشرف، وشددنا على التعاون بين الحكومات المحلية ووسائل الإعلام.
▫️بيّنا أهمية إصلاح النظام المصرفي لتوفير السيولة النقدية للحكومة، ودعونا لمحفزات لاستخدام أنظمة الدفع الإلكتروني، وأكدنا أهمية معالجة الوضع المالي في تعديل جداول الموازنة في السنة القادمة.
▫️شددنا على حفظ هيبة الدولة التي تمثل المؤسسات جزءا منها، ويمثل المسؤول الجزء الآخر، وبيّنا أن هناك فرقاً بين النقد البناء وبين الاستهدافات الشخصية والتسقيط.
▫️شددنا على تمكين الشباب، وأهمية إطلاق رسائل التطمين، حيث إن نجاح شاب في التصدي للمسؤولية نجاح للشباب بشكل عام، وسيساعد شريحة الشباب من أخذ دورها.
On the second day of our tour in the city of Imam Ali (peace be upon him), we met with a group of media experts and professionals in Al-Najaf Al-Ashraf Governorate.

▫️ We underscored the importance of the media giving attention to positive developments and highlighting achievements, especially the progress made in various sectors within Najaf. Official reports indicate significant urban and developmental advancements in the governorate. We also emphasized the need for collaboration between local authorities and the media.
▫️ We stressed the need to reform the banking system to increase liquidity for the government, and we called for incentives to encourage the use of electronic payment systems. Additionally, we emphasized the importance of addressing financial challenges when revising next year's budget allocations.
▫️ We highlighted the importance of upholding the state’s authority, which includes both its institutions and officials while distinguishing between constructive criticism and unwarranted personal attacks.
▫️ Finally, we emphasized empowering the youth and delivering reassuring messages, noting that when a young person succeeds in a leadership role, it reflects positively on the entire younger generation and helps them take on their roles in society.
