В середине октября провели «Архитектурные ката» в «Лемана ПРО (Леруа Мерлен)» для архитекторов, разработчиков и аналитиков.

Четыре кросс-функциональные команды погрузились в процесс эволюции унаследованного eCommerce проекта в новую архитектуру (Gap Architecture) с учётом технологического, бизнес и командного контекстов.

Gap Architecture оказался новым и захватывающим форматом, который, похоже, пришёлся по душе участникам даже больше, чем проектирование с нуля!
