🔹برخی اشخاص که مناصب دولتی و حاکمیتی داشته باشند، باید شش ماه قبل از ثبت‌نام استعفا دهند و این استعفا باید مورد پذیرش مقام مافوق قرار بگیرد و صرف استعفا نمی‌تواند ملاک باشد. زمان استعفای داوطلبان نمایندگی مجلس بر اساس قانون انتخابات ۱۹ تا ۲۵ خرداد است.
🔹بر اساس اطلاعیه شماره دو وزارت کشور ۵۷۸ عنوان شغلی که با عناوین یاد شده در ماده ۲۹ همتراز است، اعلام شده است. از ۱۹ تا ۲۵ آذرماه به مدت هفت روز برای ثبت‌نام در نظر گرفته شده است.
