1- از سال آینده هزینه‌های بستری و درمان افراد تحت پوشش کمیته امداد، زنان سرپرست خانوار و جانبازان معسر و افراد تحت پوشش بهزیستی در بیمارستان‌های دولتی رایگان می‌شود.
2- مقرر شد پیوند مغز استخوان همانند پیوند کبد تحت پوشش بیمه قرار گیرد.
3- افراد بالای 65 سال یا دارای بیماری‌های خاص نیز حق بیمه کمتری پرداخت کنند
