Telegram is a leading cloud-based instant messages platform. Judge Hui described Ng as inciting others to βcommit a massacreβ with three posts teaching people to make βtoxic chlorine gas bombs,β target police stations, police quarters and the cityβs metro stations. This offence was βrather serious,β the court said. While some crypto traders move toward screaming as a coping mechanism, many mental health experts have argued that βscream therapyβ is pseudoscience.
