Raiffeisen Bank International AG (RBI) закрыл сделку по продаже доли в белорусском Приорбанке компании Soven 1 Holding из ОАЭ, сообщил RBI.
«Это важный шаг в нашем стремлении снизить риски, связанные с Восточной Европой», - прокомментировал через пресс-службу генеральный директор RBI Йоханн Штробль.
С завершением этой сделки RBI покинет белорусский рынок и, тем самым, упростит свою операционную деятельность в соответствии со стратегией снижения рисков в Восточной Европе, отмечалось в сообщении группы.
