Рецепт пп-вафлей на одну порцию (4 вафли):
- творог низкой жирности 180 гр
- 1 яйцо
- 1 ч.л. разрыхлителя
- 10 гр. кокосовой стружки
- сах зам или сахар по вкусу
- 35 гр. рисовой муки

Все смешиваем кроме муки до однородной массы и в конце муку добавляем. Готовим в вафельнице👌

P.S. Если брать творог в пачке, то масса будет густая, поэтому можно добавить питьевого йогурта без сахара, а если мягкий творог, то ничего допом добавлять не надо.
