А как объяснять все остальное? Сто тысяч раз "вукраине" цитируя Путина, когда тот говорит "на Украине", кто написал, тоже сибиряк?

Вот скрины, ни один человек, получивший среднее образование в России так писать не может.
При попытке поступления в ВУЗ, тут же бы отбрили за фразу "с пистолета", "появился на телевизоре".
