Зважаючи на викладене, з метою забезпечення можливості експорту електроенергії з України до Словаччини у години, в які наявний профіцит електричної енергії, Департаментом енергоринку пропонується для прийняття проєкт постанови НКРЕКП «Про погодження Порядку розподілу доходів від управління обмеженнями».
