По словам сторон, состоявшаяся сделка демонстрирует растущий интерес к цифровым финансовым активам и расчетам за них цифровым рублем.
🖌Напомним, на данный момент лицензиями на выпуск ЦФА в РФ, помимо Atomyze, обладают также финтех-платформа «Лайтхаус», Сбербанк и Альфа-банк.
По данным ЦБ РФ, на ноябрь 2022 года первые три оператора осуществили в совокупности 15 выпусков цифровых финансовых активов на общую сумму 170 млн рублей.

Rosbank, together with the Atomyze platform, conducted the first transaction in the Russian Federation for the exchange of tokenized gold using digital rubles.
“To become an investor or issuer on the CFA platform, a user needs to register in the mobile or web version of the application. Information about the transfer of ownership of the CFA will be displayed in the personal accounts of the investor and the issuer, and the token will be stored in a special registry,” the bank said.
The investor places a trade offer for the sale of CFA in the required volume, and the potential buyer accepts it. After the conclusion of the transaction, the buyer settles with the investor in digital rubles.
✔️According to the parties, the completed deal demonstrates a growing interest in digital financial assets and settlements for them in digital rubles.
Recall that at the moment, in addition to Atomyze, the fintech platform Lighthouse, Sberbank and Alfa-Bank also have licenses to issue CFA in the Russian Federation.
