⏹در فاز حاد زخم فعال که نمیشود بالون دیلاتاسیون انجام داد پلن برای بیمار استنت فول کاور به مدت 6-8هفته و سپس خروج استنت است. یا اینکه صبر کنیم با درمان دوز بالای PPI ادامه بدیم وقتی ماهیت زخم فعال تبدیل به فیبروز یا اولسر غیر فعال شد اقدام به بالون دیلاتاسیون دوره ای کنیم و زمانیکه علی رغم بالون پاسخی نمیدهد جهت جراحی علاجبخش تصمیم گیری کنیم.

Launched as part of the company's commitments to tackle the spread of fake news in Brazil, the verified channel has attracted more than 184,000 members in less than a month. Commenting about the court's concerns about the spread of false information related to the elections, Minister Fachin noted Brazil is "facing circumstances that could put Brazil's democracy at risk." During the meeting, the information technology secretary at the TSE, Julio Valente, put forward a list of requests the court believes will disinformation. “Hey degen, are you stressed? Just let it all out,” he wrote, along with a link to join the group.
