Market is Just a Bubble ?

I feel Markets are being manipulated. Because the reason is simple, stocks are not Going up neither the Banks.

But still Nifty paves it's way to ATH .
I link this with 1991-92 , interesting thing is that as at that time Mr Mehta was Pulling up the market
Similarly these days Private insurance companies are pulling up the Market .

And these guys have Fund managers who are Big players so eventually as per the Rule they cannot and won't go Bearish in market so #nifty is at ATH

So this concludes that Market is Just a Bubble

As well these rules for insurance companies were made after 2008 post the fall

May be I am wrong but just Sharing my view as per what my knowledge says
