Браконьеры были задержаны транспортными полицейскими во время операции «Путина-2024» при патрулировании залива Советская Гавань.
Путевки на вылов у мужчин не было.
Были возбуждены уголовные дела по ч. 1 ст. 256 УК РФ. С утвержденным транспортным прокурором обвинительным актом они направлены в суд.
