Военные забрали его прямо из отделения полиции и увезли в неизвестном направлении, не дав связаться с родными. Сотрудник полиции намекнул, что его исчезновение «может быть связано с призывом».

Лопатин не выходил на связь 15 часов, его адвоката пустили в отдел только ночью, когда активиста там уже не было. Ранее Лопатин собирался провести акцию в память о жертвах расстрела Белого дома 3–4 октября 1993 года.

The court said the defendant had also incited people to commit public nuisance, with messages calling on them to take part in rallies and demonstrations including at Hong Kong International Airport, to block roads and to paralyse the public transportation system.
