Telegram iOS app: In the “Chats” tab, click the new message icon in the right upper corner. Select “New Channel.” Telegram users themselves will be able to flag and report potentially false content. Telegram channels fall into two types: Users are more open to new information on workdays rather than weekends. Telegram desktop app: In the upper left corner, click the Menu icon (the one with three lines). Select “New Channel” from the drop-down menu.
