🔶 نویسندگی تجربه کاربری به معنای خلق واژگان، جملات و میکروکپی‌هایی است که کاربر نرم‌افزار، وب‌سایت و… را در مسیری درست در تعامل با محصول نگه می‌دارد. یک نویسنده تجربه کاربری، علاوه بر تسلط به اصول نویسندگی، مانند: نگارش و ویرایش، سئو، برندینگ، تحقیق و پژوهش و آشنایی با پرسونای برند، باید به خوبی تشخیص دهد که برای هر بخش از نرم‌افزار، سایت و یا هر محصول دیگری چه کلمه‌ای مناسب‌تر است.
