Площадь «Сампо» будет порядка четырех тысяч квадратных метров: он станет частью крупнейшего ритейл-парка в городе. Новый объект построят на пересечении Оборонной улицы и улицы Генерала Терехина.

Планируется, что в ТРЦ будет работать продуктовый сетевой магазин. Здание будет оборудовано удобными подъездами, большой бесплатной парковкой, погрузочно-разгрузочной зоной.
