با حملات امشب ارتش اسرائیل به ۸۰ هدف در خاک لبنان منابع رسانه ای در اسرائیل از احتمال تشدید تنش و آغاز جنگ فراگیر در جبهه لبنان خبر می دهند.

ارتش اسرائیل مدعی است حملات امشب در واکنش به رصد تحرکات حزب الله برای حمله گسترده موشکی به اسرائیل صورت پذیرفته است.

علاوه بر اعلام وضعیت اضطراری در جبهه داخلی از حیفا تا شمال اسرائیل، خبرها از تشکیل جلسه امنیتی با حضور وزرای و مقامات ارشد امنیتی اسرائیل برای تشدید تنش در جبهه لبنان حکایت دارد.
