праздников. Теперь пойдёт без остановки — одно
Рождество, Новый год, другое Рождество, старый Новый
год... и так до окончания Святок.

Для нас это пора Деда Мороза и Снегурочки, но у разных народов в разных странах есть и другие фольклорные персонажи, связанные с зимними праздниками.
