الحمد لله الذي جعل للخير والطاعات مواسم يضاعف فيها الأجر للمجتهدين، وتغفر فيها ذنوب المتقربين إليه مؤمنين محتسبين، ولا شك أن أعظم هذه المواسم فضلاً وأكثرها بركة وخيراً شهر رمضان الذي أنزل فيه القرآن، هذا الشهر الذي قال فيه النبي الكريم ﷺ مستقبلاً له وحاثًّا أمته أن يغتنموا فرصته التي قد لا تعود أبداً: "أتاكم شهر رمضان، شهر مبارك، فرض الله عليكم صيامه" رواه النسائي والبيهقي وهو حسن.
فهو شهر مبارك، أي: كثير الخير عظيم الفضل، فرض الله علينا صيامه، فهو شهر الصيام، والصيام أوجب وظائفه وأعظمها، إلا أن وظائف أخرى اجتمعت معه زادت في فضله ودلّت على بركته، وكأن الله تعالى أراد لنا أن نجمع الخير كلّه في هذه الأيام.
