مناقصه مدیریت پسماند در سه شهر از استان‌های شمالی کشور

دفتر برنامه توسعه سازمان ملل متحد UNDP در ایران مناقصه‌ای پیرامون مدیریت پسماند در استان‌های شمالی کشور برگزار می‌کند. این پروژه فرصت خوبی برای شرکت‌های ایرانی است که هم به کشور خدمت کنند، و هم کار در کنار مشاوران و متخصصین بین‌المللی را تجربه کنند.
شرح وظایف را این گونه تعریف کرده‌ایم:
1. Explore in detail the key barriers to source segregation at three specific cities in Iran's Caspian region, including behavioral, infrastructural, regulatory, contractual, and economic obstacles, and their relative importance. Examination of best practices and successful strategies for overcoming each of the discussed barriers. Development of a detailed project plan with timelines, milestones, budget estimates, involved parties, and key deliverables, with specific and measurable goals for improvements.
2. Explore options for the improvement of current waste management facilities at three specific cities in Iran's Caspian region. Including techno-economic analysis of: open dump rehabilitation, leachate management and treatment, composting facilities, and assessing open dump biogas production potential. This deliverable includes consultancy regarding the design, construction, and operation of the said systems based on successful real-world examples.
3. Study the market potential, environmental impacts, and techo-economic feasibility of Refuse Derived Fuel (RDF) in Iran. In particular, the cost benefit analysis (CBA) of using RDF as fuel in cement factories.
4. Liason with- and provision of support to- international expert(s) hired by the UNDP for helping with regards to the above deliverables, acting as their on-the-ground team.
5. Present all findings to relevant stakeholders (UNDP and main government implementing partner of the project) and make any further revisions (at least 3 times) to improve and finalize the key output(s) based on the feedback received. Followed by the finalization of the report(s) based on the key findings and recommendations raised by stakeholders during the consultation process.
