（德国之声中文网）欧委会表示，希望各成员国在明年年底前在无人机防御方面取得显著进展。德新社消息称，布鲁塞尔希望，各成员国今年内就批准一项相关动议，以防范俄罗斯无人机进犯。此后，可开始共同采购监控系统和防御技术。该防御系统的第一部分应于2026年底投入使用，整个系统在2027年底前投入使用。欧盟外交专员卡拉斯（Kaja Kallas）、防务工业专员库比留斯（Andrius Kubilius）周四宣布的时间表中写道：“新近欧盟成员国领空屡次受到侵犯，显示出欧盟建立灵活、快速、现代的无人机防御能力的紧迫性。”…
