Telegram has announced a number of measures aiming to tackle the spread of disinformation through its platform in Brazil. These features are part of an agreement between the platform and the country's authorities ahead of the elections in October. In the โBear Market Screaming Therapy Groupโ on Telegram, members are only allowed to post voice notes of themselves screaming. Anything else will result in an instant ban from the group, which currently has about 75 members. Select: Settings โ Manage Channel โ Administrators โ Add administrator. From your list of subscribers, select the correct user. A new window will appear on the screen. Check the rights youโre willing to give to your administrator. With the administration mulling over limiting access to doxxing groups, a prominent Telegram doxxing group apparently went on a "revenge spree."
