Role Description:
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Experienced Data Engineer to join our vibrant team in Tashkent. As a Data Engineer, you will be tasked with designing, developing, and managing our data infrastructure and tools. Your daily responsibilities will include building and maintaining ETL processes, utilizing data warehousing technologies, and conducting data analytics. You will work closely with various teams to ensure data quality and develop effective data solutions that support the strategic goals of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and manage robust data pipelines and ETL processes.
- Develop and maintain scalable data warehousing solutions.
- Conduct data analytics to support business decisions and strategy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet data requirements and enhance data quality.
- Ensure data security and compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Experience:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in a data engineering role, handling complex data projects.

Qualifications:
- Strong proficiency in Data Engineering and Data Modelling techniques.
- Extensive experience with Extract, Transform, Load (ETL) processes and Data Warehousing frameworks.
- Demonstrated skills in Data Analytics.
- Advanced knowledge of Python, Apache Airflow, Azure Data Factory, and Azure Synapse.
- Excellent SQL abilities for data manipulation and querying.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related discipline (preferrable, not required)
- Experience in the financial industry is considered an asset.
