Минстрой России приказом № 820/пр от 2 декабря 2024 года утвердил План утверждения (актуализации) сметных нормативов на 2025 год и плановый период 2026-2027 годов. План включает более 2900 сметных норм (1315 новых и 1631 актуализированных), 12 нормативных затрат и 3 методики для определения сметной стоимости.
Документ формировался на основе предложений инициаторов в соответствии с Порядком, утвержденным приказом Минстроя № 2/пр от 13 января 2020 года.
