<後頸鎖逃脫><難度:高>

如果敵人重心傾前會比較適用。
1. 首先座低自己重心,類似做一個深蹲動作,同時將敵人拉向自己背面
2. 然後雙腳用力撐,用pat pat將敵人頂起做摔撻動作
3. Step 1 & 2 之間,亦可以一路深蹲一路向後行攞靚啲位
⚠️不過如果你同partner都係初學者,就不太建議練呢招,因為較易受傷
⚠️如果真係想練,Step 2只需將partner升起至雙腳離地,就當完成。
