واعلم أن القول المختلف في الحادثة الواحدة على ضربين، ضرب لا يسوغ فيه الاختلاف، وضرب يسوغ فيه الاختلاف.
فأما الضرب الذى لا يسوغ فيه الاختلاف، كأصول الديانات من التوحيد وصفات البارى عز اسمه، وهي تكون على وجه واحد لا يجوز فيها الاختلاف، وكذلك في فروع الديانات التي يُعلم وجوبها بدليل مقطوع به، مثل الصلاة والزكاة والصوم والحج، وكذلك المناهي الثابته بدليل مقطوع به، فلا يجوز اختلاف القول في شيء من ذلك.
