В социальных медиа сообщается, что жители Иркутска выступают против вырубки части лесного массива. Несмотря на предложения перенести стройку на альтернативный участок, обращения граждан в органы власти результата не принесли.
По данному факту следственными органами СК России по Иркутской области организована проверка по признакам преступления, предусмотренного ст. 293 УК РФ (халатность).
Глава СК России поручил руководителю следственного управления СК России по Иркутской области Ситникову А.В. доложить о ходе проверки и установленных обстоятельствах.
