During the construction of the hydroelectric power station, the Pasaeng River bed was blocked with a dam, and as a result, Lake Cheo Lan was formed with fantastic panoramic landscapes, reminiscent of the landscape of the planet Pandora from the Hollywood blockbuster “Avatar”.

The peaks of karst mountains of bizarre configuration rise above the water. When the lowland is shrouded in haze, the illusion is created that the rocks are floating in the air.
