19 февраля около 22:00 скорая помощь сообщила, что в больницу поступил 12-летний мальчик с тяжелыми травмами двух пальцев и грудной клетки. По предварительным данным МВД, ребенок нашел на улице пиротехнический патрон, принес его домой и попытался вскрыть – произошел хлопок.
Семья мальчика на учете в ПДН не состоит. Собранные материалы передали в следственные органы для проведения дальнейшей проверки.
