We are pleased to invite you to participate in Japan-Russia Student Conference (JRSC), which will take place 13–28 August 2025 in Tokyo. The official language of JRSC is English.

On Tuesday, some local media outlets included Sing Tao Daily cited sources as saying the Hong Kong government was considering restricting access to Telegram. Privacy Commissioner for Personal Data Ada Chung told to the Legislative Council on Monday that government officials, police and lawmakers remain the targets of “doxxing” despite a privacy law amendment last year that criminalised the malicious disclosure of personal information. Ng Man-ho, a 27-year-old computer technician, was convicted last month of seven counts of incitement charges after he made use of the 100,000-member Chinese-language channel that he runs and manages to post "seditious messages," which had been shut down since August 2020. Judge Hui described Ng as inciting others to “commit a massacre” with three posts teaching people to make “toxic chlorine gas bombs,” target police stations, police quarters and the city’s metro stations. This offence was “rather serious,” the court said. While the character limit is 255, try to fit into 200 characters. This way, users will be able to take in your text fast and efficiently. Reveal the essence of your channel and provide contact information. For example, you can add a bot name, link to your pricing plans, etc. Choose quality over quantity. Remember that one high-quality post is better than five short publications of questionable value.
