Это попытка собрать под протекторатом Стамбула все тюркоязычные страны, поместив их в свою орбиту влияния. И это только начало, фундамент на котором в последующем будут строить единое по территории государство и единую этническую общность.
И мы уже сейчас знаем аппетиты турецких "партнеров" касаемо территорий.
