Bahan,

. 1 ekor ayam
(cuci bersih, belah bahagian dada jangan bagi putus. Cuci bahagian dalam ayam tu smpai elok ye. Kita yg nak makan, kita cuci cara kita la kan)

. 2 labu bawang besar
. 7 ulas bawang putih
. 2 inci halia
. 2 sudu besar pati Oren sunquick (yg dalam botol tu)
. 1 senduk sos blackpaper atau sos lada hitam
. 3 sudu besar majerin (cairkan atas api)
. 1 biji ubi kentang (rebus empuk)
. 1 ketul kiub pati ayam
. 1 sudu kecil garam
. 2 sudu besar gula pasir

Semua bahan-bahan diatas ni blend dengan sedikit air (suku cawan air je)

Dah blend semua, perap kan dengan ayam.

Perap 2 jam sebelom bakar. Lagi lama perap lagi sedap.


Bahan Tambahan (optional),

. Kentang, brokoli, tomato cerry (ikut la nak letak hiasan macam mana pun. Nak rebus dulu, nak stim, terpulang. Tak letak pon takpa)


Kemudian bakar ayam yg diperap dengan suhu 200°C selama 45 minit - 1 jam atau sampai masak.

Ikut pada oven masing-masing la ye.

Cikpooja suka yg crunchy diluar, lembut juicy didalam, sebab tu letak suhu tinggi.
