در سحرگاه سه‌شنبه ۱۵ آبان ۱۴۰۳، احکام #اعدام دست‌کم شش زندانی در زندان مشهد به اجرا درآمد. این افراد که به اتهامات مرتبط با مواد مخدر به اعدام محکوم شده بودند، شامل دو زندانی اهل استان سیستان و بلوچستان و یک تبعه افغانستان بودند.
به گزارش کمپین دفاع از زندانیان سیاسی و مدنی، هویت چهار تن از اعدام‌شدگان توسط منابع خبری تأیید شده است. این چهار نفر عبارتند از: محمود شهرکی و محمدرضا داور، هر دو اهل شهرستان زابل در استان سیستان و بلوچستان؛ ظاهر صفری، تبعه افغانستان؛ و مجید قدیری از اهالی مشهد.
دو زندانی دیگر که همراه این افراد اعدام شده‌اند، تا لحظه تنظیم این خبر هنوز شناسایی نشده‌اند.
