Purchasing coordinator
Location: Dubai, Airport DAFZA
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Salary AED 14000-15000/month.
Our client, an international company, servicing oil producing companies is looking for Purchasing Coordinator for DAFZA office. We expect that our candidate is already located in Dubai and has minimum 3 years similar work experience in Dubai.
Job responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage procurement activities, including supplier selection, price negotiations, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date procurement records, including contracts, purchase orders, and delivery schedules.
• Work closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Monitor inventory levels and manage replenishment orders to ensure continuity of operations.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with vendors to support long-term business goals.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within the procurement process.
• Resolve any issues or discrepancies related to procurement, such as order delays or invoice discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and procurement regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a related field.
• Proven experience in procurement or purchasing, preferably in a similar industry.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with good organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle procurement challenges efficiently.
• Languages: English, Russian
