We are looking for call center agents for our office in KL.

Duties:

Handling in- and outbound calls from our customers (no cold calls!) and applicants.
Managing in our CRM the customer card
Handling cross-department cases
Being a reliable source of information for our customers and soon-to-be-customers
Leading the customers to their start in their journey in the forex systems

Requirements:
2+ years experience as a callcenter sales agent/BDO in financial or telecommunication services or similar topics.
Fluent in malay and english language.
Systematic approach as working attitude.
Knowledge in the financial, especially investment, topics will be a benefit.
Work permit in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
