В октябре 2024 года подсудимый через Telegram договорился со своим знакомым о продаже наркотика. Фигурант встретился с ним и передал марихуану, после чего был задержан полицейскими.
Свою вину подсудимый полностью признал. Суд назначил обвиняемому 3 года лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком на 2 года.
