С 1 ноября 2024 года владельцы страниц в соцсетях с аудиторией более 10 тысяч пользователей обязаны будут предоставлять информацию о себе Роскомнадзору (РКН). Это также касается владельцев публичных каналов в мессенджерах.
Роскомнадзор создаст реестр таких страниц. Владельцы каналов, не предоставившие данные и не попавшие в реестр, не смогут размещать предложения о финансировании и рекламу на своих страницах.

In handing down the sentence yesterday, deputy judge Peter Hui Shiu-keung of the district court said that even if Ng did not post the messages, he cannot shirk responsibility as the owner and administrator of such a big group for allowing these messages that incite illegal behaviors to exist.
