this is how to block wakelocks on FKM

Lots of fog users on some ROMS have this issue where
"4a8c000.qcom,qup_uart" wakelock is preventing suspend

just block it.

Its likely being there due to "data auto switching" or "mobile data always active" being enabled.

This is a bit of a risky feature, it can cause delayed notifs and weird behaviour
Reminder to only block what you need blocked.
