Why no CASS + PELT on msm8953?
msm8953-sd625 is way different, yes it does have 2 clusters, but they are not big.LITTLE. they have the same cpus in that cluster so shit like CASS is not even applicable. trust me, I already backported pelt to 4.9 and enabled cass, and the results are just horrendous.

I tend to only pick/brickport shit like, wireless networking (BT/80211), importank kernel subsystems (mm, sched, pm), L3/L4 networking (ipv4/v6, tcp/udp/icmp, net, netfilter), filesystems (f2fs, ext4, overlayfs), hardware (mmc, usb, a few drivers). Why would I pick something useless to daily mobile use like lets say, sata, nvme, x86 shit.
