сегодня Лиза. первый старт в новом сезоне. новая лента. обновленный обруч. не всё получилось, но главное, мы начали обходиться без суеты, если допустили ошибку во время выступления. для меня - тренера, этот момент очень ценен. значит, что гимнастка меня слышит. и думает головой, даже в моменты неудач. так как сейчас самое время нарабатывать опыт потому, что все нормы разрядов выполнены и хочется видеть смелый подход к сложным элементам в упражнениях, без подстраховки. растём 🥰 горжусь ❤️
