Молодежный совет создан в Территориальной
организации Санкт-Петербурга и Ленинградской области Межрегионального
профсоюза работников судостроения, судоремонта и морской техники (ТО
СУДПРОФ). На собрании молодежного актива с участием председателя
Территориальной организации Сергея Максименко, председателем совета была
