📑 Grant Operation Manager
to CRDF Global

Overview: CRDF Global is an independent nonprofit organization that promotes safety, security, and sustainability through international development and foreign assistance missions in over 120 countries.

Main duties:
• develop, manage, and oversee best-in-class, high-impact grants management operations
• review and approve subgrant/subaward financial plans
• issue and negotiate subgrant/subaward agreements with award recipients
• coordinates with internal and external stakeholders on all aspects of grants administration
• represent the CRDF grant team internally and externally

Requirements:
• bachelor’s degree
• demonstrable prior experience (5+ years) and knowledge with grant processing, grant making systems, compliance, and risk management
• 3+ years of experience of leading and managing teams
• experience of having delivered grant programs funded by Donors such as USAID, NIH, State Dept, DTRA would be an advantage
• track record of engaging, influencing, and managing a complex stakeholder group
• fluent business English

Conditions:
• work in Kyiv

• possible business trips abroad and within Ukraine
